About
Joyce Hayes has been weaving tapestries for over forty years. Her work draws on landscape, memory, and the material language of fiber — wool, linen, silk, and found thread.
She studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and has exhibited widely across the United States and internationally. Her tapestries are held in private and public collections throughout North America and Europe.
She lives and works in her studio in Vermont.
